Provision of project management services for the rollout of a new SCADA system. This included standardisation of all software across 89 sites, provision of new communications backbone for the SCADA system, provision of new cubicles and RTU/PLC as required and a maintenance contract. Development of specifications and scopes of work for tendering purposes and contractual model for engagement of industry.
